Civica wins Snow Software’s No 1 UK Customer Success Award
Snow Software awarded Civica its No 1 UK Customer Success Award at their recent awards ceremony which took place at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield.
Every year Snow’s successful partners are recognised and rewarded for their achievements in promoting and selling Snow’s Software Asset Management technology.
Awarded based on highest customer renewal rate, the No 1 UK Customer Success Award highlights Civica’s capability to set customer expectations and consistently deliver against them, ensuring customer objectives for SAM investment are met.
Allen Manville, Snow’s Alliances & Business Development Director says, “Snow’s Customer Success program was created to ensure that existing Snow customers are getting exactly what they expected from implementing Snow and from the services being offered by our partners. The program has been designed to drive increased levels of satisfaction and provide a demonstrable return on the customer investment.
“This award is measured by looking at the renewal rates of every partner, how many customers they had that were renewing their licence agreements or support contracts between 1st Jan and the 31st December 2015, this is then compared to how many renewed. We then selected the partner that had the highest level of renewal rate during the year.
“Civica had the highest percentage renewal rate, meaning that Civica is doing things right in setting the correct expectations from the start, through to delivering excellence in the delivery of services and ensuring customer success.”
The Civica team were delighted to win the award as it endorses their ongoing commitment to ensure that customers are satisfied with their SAM service. The award follows on from their success at last year’s awards when they won the Service Provider of the Year Award.
