Joining Civica under the Horizons Graduate Programme gives you a dedicated career path with excellent career progression opportunities. Graduates undertake an 18-24 month tailored professional development programme along with mentoring and coaching along the way.
We ensure your skills remain up to date through our continuous professional development ethos. Every new graduate in Civica has the opportunity to take part in the Civica Academy and any of our training courses that delivers both professional training in technical areas and valuable soft skills (customer care, personal effectiveness, communication skills etc.).
