Our learning and development capability - Civica Academy - provides a consistent programme of training, development and talent management to support employees through their careers and to deliver a competitive edge in meeting customer needs.
Whether it’s a one day workshop, a short-term secondment, the opportunity to mentor or coach a colleague, or a combination of them all, the Civica Academy has something for you/all employees. Our global Academy Team, which includes coaching, training and mentoring experts with extensive experience in learning and development; ensure that our programmes continue to grow in parallel with your/our employees’ changing needs and expectations, as well as those of the Group and our customers.
Our highly successful ‘Potential’ and ‘Raising the Bar’ programmes continues to provide management and leadership skills to support our growth, motivate our teams and drive continuous improvement, and during Core programmes also include ‘First Impressions’ for new starters, ‘Customer First’ to ensure a consistent approach to customer service and support, and ‘Top Gear’, which supports business development teams in presenting solutions to our customers.
